Class Types

realFIT Bootcamp

This is our most popular class, it’s super fun, incorporates your entire body and can burn up to 500 calories in less than 30 minutes. From battle ropes to kettle bells and ladder work to bosu balls or slam balls you will sweat the pounds off.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High intensity interval training for any fitness level. This full body workout keeps you moving and burns a whopping average of over 400 calories in less than 30 minutes while increasing your strength, endurance and cardiovascular capacity. This is NOT bootcamp and should mainly include high paced strength training.

Sculpt & Strengthen

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. By adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of strength and power specific exercises to change the shape of your body, no muscle gets neglected.

Lower Body & Core

This class is all about the burn so fire up your abs and backside to build the midsection you’ve always wanted. realFIT’s Abs and Buns of Steel will focus specifically on building, toning and shaping your midsection, abdominals, buns and hips.

Spartan Up

Spartan Up! What does it mean to be a Spartan? You are the type that is determined to push through any challenge, to be leaders and motivate anyone around YOU, to keep fighting through adversity so you can be Spartan Strong!

Get Ready. This workout will test you by finding out your weaknesses and making them a strength! Functional fitness will be the focus, with lots of Grip, body weight exercises and strengthening your heart and engine(a.k.a…cardio, the most neglected exercise of the masses).

Be ready to move, be ready to push through your comfort zone, be ready to…. SPARTAN UP!!
