Where are You Located?

We are located at 98 Paris rd in Brantford. White building besides St. Johns college. Also, please see the map below.

How many classes do we run daily?

We run between 6-8 classes each week day. Saturday we run morning classes. Sunday we are closed.

How Much Does it Cost?

It completely depends. We have a variety of packages and pricing depending on promotions and the clients needs.

Our sessions are short and powerful, meaning maximum results in minimal time. Every workout is led by an experienced certified personal trainer and is designed to burn, build and tone.

These workouts are done in a dynamic group setting which makes them fun and motivating AND it keeps the cost of working with a certified personal trainer affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
