Our youth bootcamp includes ongoing education about the importance of proper nutrition for optimal health and fitness. We make nutrition fun and exciting, teaching kids what they should eat to be at high level performance both physically and mentally.

At the realFIT youth bootcamp we focus on creating a fun positive environment where kids can come and improve their fitness, in a environment that fosters self-confidence, self respect, the importance of of lifelong fitness habits. We make sure that everyone who comes leaves feeling better about their fitness & themselves.
3 Youth Sessions
Every week we hold 3 high intensity youth training classes. These classes are fun, exciting, and specifically geared towards growing youths. That means high intensity cardiovascular training, minimal resistance training with lots of fun!
